All payments for services offered by SHiFT are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By using our services, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We do not store or have access to your payment information.

Before making any payment always confirm the details of the account via phone to avoid 

• Service Bookings: If you need to cancel or reschedule a meeting, please contact us at least 2 days in advance. Cancellations within less than 2 days of the booking may not be eligible for a refund.

• Courses and Coaching Programs: Refund policies for courses and coaching programs will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. Please refer to the specific program’s terms for details.

All content on the SHiFT website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and videos, is the property of SHiFT unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, distribute, or use this content without prior written permission from SHiFT.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SHiFT shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our website or services.
